This open plan lounge area, has comfortable seating with views across to the cheviot hills.

Fitted with a 42 inch LCD TV with free view channels.

Please note that the lounge overlooks the owners garden.

The kitchen area is part of the open plan area with the lounge.

​

The kitchen features an integrated electric hob and oven, microwave and Ninja Air Fryer. Fridge Freezer, toaster and kettle. An iron and ironing board is also available.

​

A comprehensive stock of kitchen utensils including pots, plates, cutlery, cups and glasses are to hand for all your self catering needs. 

​

Upon arrival a welcome pack will include coffee, tea, sugar milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine

A comfortable King Size bed with wardrobe and drawers.

​

All bed linen and a hair dryer are provided.

The bathroom features a free standing power shower with body jets, toilet and basin.

​

A full set of towels will be provided, with a range of toiletries. 

Guests are welcome to enjoy the view from their patio area facing the Cheviot Hills.
