The Granary Holiday Cottage is situated at Breamish Parks, Powburn

Traveling from the South A1, Continue approximately 15 miles north of Newcastle Upon Tyne, and take left slip road A697 signposted Wooler / Coldstream. Continue on this road for approximately 25 miles. Enter the village of Powburn, and turn sharp left opposite the Plough Inn towards Glanton.

Traveling from the North A68 south of Edinburgh, join the A697 signposted Coldstream.Continue through Coldstream and Wooler to Powburn (8 miles south of Wooler) Turn right opposite the Plough Inn towards Glanton.

Continue up the hill for 1/4 mile and turn right into Breamish Parks over the cattle grid. Follow the farm road to the main buildings past the farm shed.

Public Transport

The nearest mainline railway station is Alnmouth on the east coast railway with direct links  to Newcastle /London and Berwick /Edinburgh. Alnmouth is approx 20 minutes drive.

The nearest bus terminal is in Alnwick. Buses run from Alnwick to Wooler, Berwick and Kelso via Powburn (Crawley View) using a variety of bus operators.
