We are a strictly non smoking property

Pets are welcome by arrangement

Mobile phone reception at the cottage is limited to Orange and Vodaphone. O2 reception is only available 1 mile up the hill!. We do provide a pay as you go mobile phone.

A copy of our accessibility statement is availble by post and email.

Our weekly lets are Saturday to Saturday.

Our lets are from 2pm on the day of arrival, until 10.30 am of the day of departure.

Subject to availablity, short breaks of at least three nights are available in low season (November to March).

The rental charge is fully inclusive of all electric, hot water, gas central heating, towels and linen.

Bookings must be confirmed in writing including a 25% non refundable deposit within 7 days.

The balance of the rental value is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations within 5 days of arrival are refunded 50% of total rental cost

We currently  accept cheques  / payment via BACS transfer / debit / credit card payments
