The living room features the main views of the cheviot foot hills. An ideal room in which to relax, with accessories which include a 32 inch LCD HD television,with a combi HD Freeview box /DVD/ CD and video player. Additional audio equipment includes a mini hi-fi with digitable radio, CD player and IPOD /MP3 docking station.  There are two two seater couches and a coffe table. A video cabinet also contains various videos and DVDs plus many guide books to help you plan your holiday.  We also provide pamphlets on many of the attractions in the region.

Within the living area is a medium sized dining table with chairs.
